The successful candidate will have at least five years of broadcast news experience who will bring strong leadership and management skills to be a transformational force within our news department. We are looking for a creative mind to execute winning strategies, leverage innovation, best practices and digital trends to increase KKOB’s market penetration across New Mexico. Key responsibilities include oversight of our market relationships and collaborations, setting digital priorities and metrics, and daily oversight of personnel, hiring, training, scheduling, and reviewing the newsroom staff. News radio KKOB is a market leader in news reporting, and wants to hire a candidate who can help us prepare for a digital first news world.
