CUMULUS MEDIA – The Houston market is looking for a full-time Digital Media Producer to work with Houston’s #1 Morning Show – The Roula & Ryan Show. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to generate and execute strategic plans in the social media and podcast channels. They must be a superb communicator, creative self-starter and an innovative thinker.

Our Opportunity:

Roula & Ryan Show Digital Media Producer duties include and are not limited to the following:

• As a member of The Roula & Ryan Show, develop and execute social campaigns on all social networks
• Execute programs that increase positive interaction and build audience on various platforms
• Manage presence, strategy and tactical execution for social networking sites
• Provide direction as needed for improving campaign performance through optimization and/or implementing new features and strategies
• Provide support for Cumulus Houston’s digital initiatives: promoting “KRBE” social media platforms and websites, station contesting, station-client sponsored events, and station community events.
• Provide social advertising support and execute ads based on client objectives
• Stay abreast of social platform updates, social trends, and best-in-class social media campaigns

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ideal candidate would have 1-2 years experience working within the digital space
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and tools
• Comprehensive knowledge of best practices for managing and optimizing social media channels
• Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
• Able to write concisely and present ideas confidently
• An insatiable curiosity for all things social, digital and mobile
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management
• Proven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual projects
• Flexibility to work early morning hours
• Working knowledge of audio analytics
• Video editing and graphic design is a plus
• Experience with Photoshop, Video and Photo production preferred
