Our Opportunity:
Cumulus Media -Dallas is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant (Part Time) for the Dallas region.
JOB SUMMARY:
Cumulus Radio Dallas/Ft. Worth is looking for an outstanding Sales Assistant to support the Dallas Market talented local and national sales team! This position will be responsible for assisting the Sales Staff and Leadership in daily administrative functions of the Sales Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Prepare and assemble reports and presentations for sales staff
•Prepare network affidavits
•Data entry for sales and change orders for radio stations
•Assist AE’s with order input, interactive orders, and V-Creative spots.
•Provide research materials using X-Ray, Media Monitors, etc.
•Backup for Receptionist
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
•Team Player and excellent people skills.
•Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel is a Requirement
•Proficiency using the Wide Orbit and vCreative traffic software is a plus.
•Working knowledge of Adobe Suite to include Photoshop/InDesign/Acrobat/Illustrator a plus, but not required
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Aptitude to make decisions and work independently without immediate direction or supervision
•Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels
•Problem-solving ability and the ability to prioritize
•Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and meet deadlines
•Must be extremely detail oriented
